Retail Sales Position- Furniture, Jewelry and Gift
Accent Prone is seeking a new team member!
We are looking for someone to work Part time at our Kernersville location as a Retail Sales Associate. As we are a small business, we are looking for someone who is amazing, organized, ambitious, a team player and interested in helping our company grow and does not need to be micromanaged. Must have a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday and available all hours we are open.

Job Title: Part-Time Furniture/Fashion/Gift Retail Sales Associate
Overview: As a furniture, fashion, and gift sales associate at our store you will manage all activities related to selling and customer service while presenting a clean, neat, and organized shopping environment.
-Our customers are number one–you will need to work to improve customer experience, to reduce customer return rate and improve overall customer satisfaction.
-Take a consultative selling approach to building customer relationships as you help prospective buyer’s select home furnishing pieces that best suit their needs, as well as fashion jewelry and gift items.
-Energy, enthusiasm and the ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture.
-Professional communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
-Patience, resiliency and persistence backed by an entrepreneurial spirit.
-Ability to maintain emotional composure in a professional business setting with customers, peers and management.
-Must have excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
-Perform additional job duties and functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
***Love for home decor and fashion.
-Two years proven retail experience desirable.
-Ability to dress for success in a showroom environment.
-Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, some holidays, and special sales events.
-Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards.
-Ability to continuously walk or stand.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and help load customers merchandise when needed.
